Based on the adage that “no plan survives contact with the enemy intact” we have developed a robust system for exercises to test all stages of incident, business continuity and recovery response and plans. Exercises are tailored to meet the aim and objectives of the client organisation, as well as the maturity of their response process. We deliver all types of tests ranging from; team desktops, command team exercises, to full simulation. All tests are followed by a comprehensive report highlighting issues arising and recommendation for plan improvements.
Pandemic Planning
Planning and preparation for the impacts of any known or emerging threat to an organisation is encompassed within the Business Continuity Management System. The specific impacts of a pandemic are staff and supplier related. Our consultants will review your BC plans and consider any specific pandemic contingency arrangements that need to be put in place to reinforce your plans and procedures.

Incident and Business Continuity Management Training
We offer training as part of our all our assignments in order to establish an in house capability, as well as to support those responsible for the ongoing programme management. We also offer on-site workshops covering:

IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Planning
The key component to any continuity or recovery of business and services is the availability of IT (systems, applications and data). Our consultants can assist in the development of IT DR whether IT services are in house or provided by an external supplier. During the BCM development you will have identified key IT requirements to meet your continuity recovery time objectives. Often, we find, the part that is missing is how long it will take for IT to recover to an acceptable point to support your continuity and recovery.
