We always ensure that the consultants working with you are experienced in the relevant field and have sector-specific knowledge so that they can fully understand the nature of the problem. Evolve encourages (and assigns) consultants to work for a wide range of Government customers across organisations, departments and agencies. This ensures that our consultants bring best practice to bear across the Government spectrum. A number of Evolve consultants are also placed on the OGC External Resource Framework (ERF) further enhancing our ability to bring current Government and OGC policy and best practice to our customers. In addition, our consultants work in the private sector facilitating a valuable cross fertilisation of ideas and experience.
All Evolve consultants, not just those graded at a senior level or above, have in-depth knowledge of both current and historical issues affecting the public sector, allowing them to deliver effectively within the rapidly changing public sector environment. They have direct experience of conducting consultancy assignments in Central and Local Government, Government Agencies, the Health Service, Defence, Law and Order, and the Education Sector. Many held senior management roles in the public sector before entering consultancy.
