Quality

Evolve’s ISO9001 accredited Quality Management System (QMS) supports the entirety of our  work and is applicable to all assignments and activities, ensuring products and services are provided to a consistent quality.  It relates to corrective and preventative aspects of quality management and aspects that not only directly relate to the quality of our work for our customers but also to all aspects that support this.  To further strengthen our ICT delivery Evolve has also for many years achieved and maintained the independently audited The TickIT Guide Issue 5 standard that provides additional assurance and control over our ICT consultancy and delivery, including project management of software development and testing.

Quality System Overview

The use of our certified quality management system ensures that all processes, products and documentation associated with an assignment meet customer expectations of a high professional standard.

The policy identifies the procedures that are in place for all assignments and identifies the individuals with specific responsibilities relating to efficient delivery of services.  This structure is put in place for all assignments and comprises, briefly, of the following:

  • Assignment Director receives all pre-assignment information following successful tender;
  • Assignment Manager is identified with specific responsibilities for Quality Assurance, Data Security and Customer Care.  All objectives are agreed in outline with the client.  Assignment Manager will ensure formal procedures are in place to support efficient service delivery (PID (including detailed objectives and quality plan), meeting schedules, reporting arrangements, performance feedbacks etc);
  • Assignment Manager formally briefs all consultants on the requirements of the Evolve quality system, especially in relation to service delivery, assignment reports and communication;
  • Assignment Manager ensures consultant feedback forms are completed by the customer at agreed intervals and at project closure.  Any issues are reported to the Assignment Director;
  • Assignment Director reviews consultant feedback forms and determines whether any remedial action is required.

Our quality system is detailed, incorporating best practice and is particularly focused to provide appropriate support and assistance in the management of assignments.   We aim to ensure that customers receive the maximum benefit from awarding Evolve assignments.  The procedures also cover the essential elements of conduct when on site, awareness of security issues and the confidentiality of the customer’s information.

There are project proven standards for the production of reports and presentations which are followed in agreement with the customer.  Our Tick IT 5 processes ensure aspects such as ICT development and testing is undertaken under quality assured controls.  We adopt internal reporting formats where this is preferred by our clients.  We provide external quality assurance of the deliverables produced by our consultants.

Feedback is actively monitored and procedures are in place to take advantage of feedback gained.  Our quality manual is being constantly updated to ensure that it reflects the procedures necessary to provide the highest quality professional service to our customers and to accommodate new working regimes.
