As you might expect, Evolve deploy a range of professional methodologies as determined by the nature of each individual assignment. However, we are more focussed here upon our overall approach and ethos to assignments regardless of their type.
We understand the importance of our work to our customers and the key to success is first to listen and to properly understand the requirement, its objectives and expected deliverables. Just as importantly we need to get to know the individuals who are responsible for the assignment and take on board their perspective and personal objectives.
The success of our company is based upon the knowledge and skills of our consultants. All of our team bring at least 10 years of experience in their chosen field which means that our customers will never receive a young inexperienced consultant applying a methodology on a ‘one size fits all basis’. All of our approaches are expertly tailored to suit the customer operating context, culture and business objectives. Our consultants are not bound by rigid methodologies or ‘in-house’ approaches which means that we are constantly innovating in order to deliver to objectives and significantly, to add further value which may not even have been considered at assignment start.
One of the things our customers value most is our honesty. We are positive and open in our approach and our consultants are not driven by internal corporate objectives. If we think an assignment will not work, we will tell you and we have in the past refused assignments on the basis that in our honest opinion, objectives could not be achieved. More often than not however, this openness at assignment start ensures a firm foundation for success based upon clarity of understanding, customer engagement and shared goals.
We adopt a true partnership approach to our work which ensures that we are fully cognisant of internal drivers and also to develop an effective mechanism to ensure skills and knowledge transfer benefits are fully realised.
